One thing I like about The Gameplan was how it made me focus on my routine and my training. With having Travis there, always by my side, it made it worth it. At the end of the day, it made it worth it for me, my ultimate goal at the end, was a photo shoot.

It gave me things to do, it gave me things that were worthwhile for me to do, something that made me really excited every time I had to. I train five days a week in the morning. The amount of support you get from him is definitely something that I never had before I first started. I didn't have the support. A lot of my friends and family would not give me the support that I needed because they couldn't fully understand how I worked.

So what I really liked about the game plan is the types of training that I was doing was completely different to what I'd done before.


Different types of training, learning about nutrition and just learning about my own body more than I ever could have.

I think the moment where I thought I made the right decision by joining the game plan was when I started to see results and my body started to function in ways that I didn't know it could before and that's all thanks to the type of training that I was being given by the coach.

I would honestly say that it's improved my confidence so I would definitely get my friends to join just because it changes you as a person in so many ways, improved confidence, better relationship with food and yeah those are the main points. My fitness has drastically improved, I no longer get out of breath whilst walking up the stairs, I'm faster, I'm stronger, I just feel better in my own body and I'm way more confident and it's affected my relationships in positive ways with friends and family

Okay, one thing I really liked about the game plan was the discipline and the challenge. I've never put my mind to anything before and this was definitely the biggest challenge I've ever achieved. I think when I started seeing results, I thought it was the best thing I've ever done. The results as well as the community, everyone's there to support you. I think my whole lifestyle has completely changed. Before I felt really tired, really sluggish, like had no energy but now I'm super energised, really healthy and I actually love training now.

FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

In order to see change in your body and lifestyle habits it will take at least 90 days but you will feel better almost immediately. Feel confident that you are optimising your time.


HOW MANY STEPS DO I NEED TO GET?

You are required to hit a weekly target of 56k-70k steps. This makes staying leaner so much easier as you are burning an additional 200-500 calories per day.


WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?

We will be using a flexible dieting approach. You will be tracking your calories. There will be no restriction on any food. We have templates to follow and they can consist of your favourite nutritious foods.


DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?

You will be provided with a personalised training program that should be performed ideally at least 2-3 times a week depending on your worload for the week.


WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?

You will budget in a certain amount of calories to allow for the meal and not worry about tracking it. We have systems in place from banking calories throughout the week to varying the distribution of calories over the course of the day.


DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?

The only main two areas we will be focussing on is calories & protein to start with. You can integrate your food tracking app with mine so I can see what you are eating.


WHAT IF I CAN'T REACH THE REQUIRED STEP COUNT?

Maybe you could catch them up on the weekend or we can set a goal that is sustainable. We can make it a weekly target, not a daily one. Cardio can be used if you are particularly sedentary one day.
